Information collected
Clearfront Digital collects information you choose to provide through email or contact forms, including name, email address, website URL, business name, project context, timeline, and audit details. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and request logs needed to operate and secure the site.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to requests, prepare audit or project conversations, scope services, coordinate communication, and maintain basic business records. Clearfront Digital does not sell personal information.
Country-based personalization
Vercel supplies a country code from your request. We use it to suggest the Global or European site and default France to French. No third-party IP lookup is used, and the website does not store your IP address for this personalization. Country detection can be inaccurate, including when using a VPN. You can always select a different language or region.
Preference cookie
When you explicitly choose a language or region, the first-party cf_region cookie remembers that selection for 180 days. It contains only global, eu, or fr and is not used for advertising. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Secure over HTTPS. Delete it in your browser settings to reset the preference, or change it at any time using the header or footer controls.
Service providers and performance measurement
Vercel hosts this site. Formspree handles contact form submissions. The existing Vercel Speed Insights integration measures technical performance; no advertising tracker has been added for geographic personalization. These providers process the information necessary for their services under their own terms.
Communication and retention
Messages may be retained as long as reasonably useful to respond to an inquiry, manage a project, meet legal or accounting obligations, or maintain business records. You can request an update or deletion where appropriate.
