Website terms
Updated October 16, 2026
Informational site
This website provides general information about Clearfront Digital services. It does not create a client relationship, project commitment, professional advice, or service guarantee.
Project scopes and pricing
Starting prices are planning references. Actual work is governed by written proposals, scopes, statements of work, or agreements defining deliverables, fees, timelines, revisions, responsibilities, and payment terms. The Website Plan has an annual contract, monthly billing, and no upfront build fee. Standalone audits, refreshes, and redesigns are separate from that subscription.
Website ownership and handover
Your domain, website files, and Google Business Profile remain yours. Website files can be transferred after the contract term under the handover provisions in your written agreement.
No guaranteed outcomes
Clearfront Digital does not guarantee search rankings, leads, revenue, conversion rates, traffic, AI recommendations, AI citations, or specific business outcomes. Results depend on market demand, competition, offer quality, content, technical health, and ongoing activity.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Site content, designs, code, and assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise agreed in writing. Projects may use third-party platforms, hosting, domains, fonts, frameworks, or tools governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is for general information. To the extent allowed by law, Clearfront Digital is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this website.
